ABOUT THE WINERY:
Sanpaolo Winery was founded in 2006 by Claudio Quarta, and is named airer the village of San Paolo di Tufo in which it is located. Specializing in indigenous grapes such as Fiano, Greco, and Aglianico, it works in an eco-friendly manner using a photovoltaic system, making for an energetically autonomous production process.
The vineyards are composed of small, hillside parcels influenced by the ashes of the Somma Vesuvius volcano at altitudes reaching 700m. The result is a family of unique wines with distinct flavors and delightful acidity.
Serving Temperature: Serve Taurasi Riserva Claudio Quarta at 60–65°F (15–18°C) to fully enjoy its complexity and aromatic profile.
